Today, Sculpt helps grow audiences, drive conversions, and tell powerful stories for clients like AOL founder Steve Case, iconic workplace brands like Allsteel. Internally, Josh champions an ever-evolving, team-focused culture people grow to love, and love to grow. His designers, strategists, and marketers work and play in downtown Iowa City, and were recently recognized for creating one of the "Coolest Places to Work" in the Corridor.
